GetHomeSafe is a real-time welfare monitoring solution designed for remote and isolated field workers. ZOLEO is an award-winning satellite communication device. Together, they form a perfect partnership.

Although GetHomeSafe has long supported and integrated various satellite devices to ensure comprehensive welfare monitoring for field workers operating outside of cell coverage, our customers are particularly excited about our collaboration with ZOLEO.

ZOLEO, like other satellite devices we integrate with, provides a way to stay connected and safe in areas where mobile networks are unavailable. 

 

 

What sets ZOLEO apart from other satellite communicators is its innovative design that focuses on using the device primarily as a hotspot to your smartphone. Without the need for a screen (and associated battery) the ZOLEO device houses a significantly larger and more powerful antenna than other devices in its class, while allowing you to enjoy satellite messaging via your trusty and familiar smartphone you love so much already. The additional signal strength allows for faster and more reliable messaging in and out of the wilderness. 

ZOLEO is one of the most affordable satellite devices currently available and it is rugged, with IP68 water and dustproof ratings. 

 

Using ZOLEO with GetHomeSafe

When connected to your GetHomeSafe account the ZOLEO device offers plenty of advantages, specifically:

  • Check in to your GetHomeSafe activity while out of coverage;
  • SOS Button that goes straight to Global Rescue, and also activates an alert in your GetHomeSafe account;
  • Pair your ZOLEO device with the ZOLEO app via Bluetooth to send messages, texts and emails to other ZOLEO app users;
  • GPS location tracking via ZOLEO Location Share+ synchronises with your GetHomeSafe welfare monitoring session.

Learn more and purchase a ZOLEO device directly from the ZOLEO website or via our partner Total Sense. Please note that GetHomeSafe does not sell ZOLEO devices directly.

ZOLEO is now available to use through the Integration menu in your GetHomeSafe - Enterprise portal. Once configured, it will become available to select via the GetHomeSafe mobile app to attach to your GetHomeSafe activity.
