Notice: Planned Outage

GetHomeSafe is having a planned outage for maintenance on the 21st of August at 0130 - 0330 UTC.
This planned outage is due to an upgrade of the database and improvements to security and performance.
Due to this planned outage, all users in GetHomeSafe will be affected between these hours. All GetHomeSafe functions (web portal, app and call centre dashboard) will be unavailable.
Any users with an active activity set to continue over this duration will be notified when they start an activity and prior to the outage.
